The marvellous Masala mixtures of Café Resonance!
Simply spices, otherwise nothing. Versatile and healthy.

Preparation:
Solve from 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Masala Chai pulver in 150ml water and boil it briefly. Pour this tea by a sieve. Alternatively you can add black tea shortly before seven. Dulcorate according to one’s own taste and pour with 150 ml of foamed milk. Ready!

Masalasirup:
Herewith also great cold drinks can be made!
Boil 500ml water in a saucepan. Add 25 g Masala Chai Pulver and they allow to cook it briefly. If they add 500 g of brown sugar and touch constantly until the sugar has resolved. Preserve the syrup briefly. How longer, you allow to preserve as more firmly and more intensely the syrup becomes.

With the Masalasirup you can prepare great Milkshakes or unusual ice teas.
