El Salvador
Well-balanced acidity is dominated by an intense caramel-like sweetness, with hints of hazelnut, brittle and plum.

This coffee grows in the regions of Sonsante and Ahachapán, in the west of El Salvador, located in the direct vicinity of the Santa Ana volcano. As a Strictly-High-Grown (SHG) coffee it grows exclusively exclusively at between 1200 and 1400 meters above sea level. The volcanic soil of the region allows coffee plants to flourish. Looking back on more than 200 years of history as a coffee growing country, El Salvador relies on an immense amount of expertise, which is why the quality of their products is not only exceptionally good but also satisfyingly consistent.
